Refund and cancellation policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Services. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply. Payments are processed by our merchant of record; approved refunds are issued through the same provider, back to your original payment method.
1. Pilot engagements (one-time)
For fixed-scope pilot engagements, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment provided work has not yet begun. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated for any portion not yet delivered.
2. Subscription plans (recurring)
- You may cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.
- New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment if you are not satisfied.
- After the first 14 days, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of that period.
3. Custom / Scale engagements
Refund and cancellation terms for bespoke engagements are defined in the individual proposal or order and take precedence over the general terms above.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us through our contact page with your order details. We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days by the payment provider, depending on your bank.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, paid API usage or infrastructure) are non-refundable to the extent they have been consumed.
